Auto Respond to Just Dial Leads

Auto Respond to Just Dial Leads

If you know any Just Dial vendor that wants to increase chances of converting a lead to real customers, refer to Fair Share IT Services. Read a small story for further details:

Let’s say I want to visit a museum over a weekend. I visited Just Dial and searched and enquired about the mini railway museum. Just Dial sends an email notification to Shri Ravi Joshi (vendor) with my phone number (in this case I am the lead).

It is hard for Shri Ravi Joshi sir to contact every lead. This might result in losing that potential customer. We call it lead leakage.

Earlier Just Dial used to send sms to vendors. Rahul had built an Android app to intercept and send sms to the lead.

Now that Just Dial is sending email, we have built a system that processes Just Dial lead alert emails, take out lead phone numbers from that and send sms to the lead with additional information about Mini Railways.

This is how those sms look like in our internal dashboard.

The 4extra.info is a url shortener to ensure sms is not rejected for length and also for the cost savings. The second link is mandatory per TRAI rules since our system is sending the SMS and must disclose it.

Nice and clean right? Don’t limit yourself to only Just Dial. We will be handling other competitors of Just Dial as well.

But if your software product is complex, then it needs to be implemented in web portal (Laravel, RubyOnRails, Django). Now, if we want our users to pay for the services, then they will need to know the process of Integrating WordPress Webportal and Stripe. Check out the flow as below:

  1. User visits your WordPress landing page (like this) via SEO or paid Adds.
  2. User pays for the services through a button on WordPress landing page. Example button is given below.
  3. Click on the button takes the user to Stripe, where the actual payment is handled.
  4. Once the user successfully pays, then the web portal (Laravel, RubyOnRails, Django) will do whatever is expected. For example: Below button will send user a thank you email.

In summary:

  1. Landing page is on fairshare.tech.
  2. Pay now button takes user to Stripe.
  3. Payment is handled by Stripe
  4. Stripe sends notification to punefree.com (Web Portal in Ruby on Rails).

Hands On and End to End

Job market is tilted in favor of IT. Shift to IT now!

The goals here are: (a) get the basic top view of programming (b) implement something small but concrete done by the student himself from start to finish.

  • Student’s own static website (say, https://rajeshdeshpande.fairit.in) on the Internet that will remain up for at least 1.5 years from the start of the program. Though we highly recommend buying your own domain name from Godaddy (say, https://rajeshdeshpande.com): around 800/- per year.
  • Student’s own dynamic portal in pHp Laravel
  • No programming experience needed to start with – that means a lot of hard work is expected from the student.
  • Students would know every bit of static and dynamic portal since he/she would be the one doing everything including deployment to the Internet!
  • No spoon feeding type of teaching (except for 10-20 hours or so). Technology landscape changes fast so we guide on how to learn rather than spoon feeding.
  • The spoon feeding part is for very basic JAVA and Object Oriented Programming since this needs a bit of handholding. Though the portal is not in JAVA, we feel that this will open a few more doors later.
  • A bit of spoon feeding for MySql too.
  • Fair Share will spend a total of 50 hours Mentoring, Guide, Coaching and unavoidable teaching.
  • Student’s investment is Rs. 25,000/- and between 2 to 4 hours for 3 to 6 months.
  • 12k to be paid before the start and 13k after around 50% of the course is about to complete. [Online Payment Link: https://yepim.in/easy_pay]
  • Appropriate online resources will be shared.
  • Maximum 5 students per batch.
  • Completely online but in some cases might request to come to office if mutually agreed upon.
  • Potential to work as a paid intern with us after completion of above. Rs. 3000 to 5000 per month if a student is ready to spend between 3 to 5 hours every day. This will be for 3 to 9 months.
  • We do not guarantee but we try our best to place students during the above internship period. We get paid from companies so we have all the reason in the world to ensure students get a full time job.
  • Please understand that programming is a complex world and that is why salaries are higher. So many things depend on a student’s aptitude and attitude. But there is no need to feel overwhelmed since if millions of people can do it then one can
    surely give it a shot.
  • Please note that topics like data science, Machine Learning, NLP and AI are way outside the scope of this course as well as internship.

eCommerce Website Quotation

eCommerce Website Quotation

Introduction

Read our blog to learn about our e-Commerce Website Quotation.
This blog describes the high level information of a proposed eCommerce website to be built on the best suited e-commerce platform available in the market. The blog also contains the approximate effort and cost estimates required to build this new e-commerce site.

E-Commerce Solution

As per our discussion, a new proposed e-commerce web shop to be built on an e-commerce platform available in the market. For now, the proposed site will be mostly for branding purposes but customers will be able to purchase products to get home delivery. Shipping to the customer’s shipping address is required. Considering the future plans of expansion, we would like to propose to build an e-commerce site on the best available e-commerce platform.
In this proposal we would like to give you three options to implement the store. Request you to select one of them as per your requirement and necessity.

Option I

Solution:

Shopify is a widely used hosted e-commerce platform across the world. They have a stable platform and good support available. Please visit https://www.shopify.in/ for more details. Security, platform performance and a lot of available features are the plus points of using this platform.

Shop Setup/Development:

• Setup of a new Shopify store with payment gateway. This does not include the content writing charges.

• Setup of five products.

• Set up email notifications

• 1 GB shared hosting

• Add to cart feature

• Admin access to client

• Free 20 consulting hours after release of the store.

Option II

Solution:

Woocommerce is the most customizable platform based on WordPress platform. Actually it is a free to use platform but we have to manage it as it has to be deployed at our datacenter. In this case we have to take care of security and performance related issues. There are few managed services available like godaddy or siteground.

Shop Setup/Development:

• Setup of a new woocommerce store with payment gateway. This does not include the content writing charges
• Setup of five test products
• 1 GB shared hosting
• Add to cart feature
• Admin access to client
• Free 20 consulting hours after release from the store.

Other services:
Fair Share would be happy giving other services like ongoing support, content writing, etc.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

50% of the development cost 2nd year onwards which includes:

1. 12 small/minor updates
2. Hosting renewal cost( paid to a third party)
3. 60 days backup
4. Responsibility of keeping your site live 365 days

Assumptions

• Fair Share’s client is responsible for buying a subscription of the selected platform.
• Client to provide domain name.
• All third party charges like a paid theme or app would be purchased by the client. Fair Share will help the client in purchasing it.
• Fair Share will set up a web shop and create only five products on the shop.
• Website will have Home, About Us, Privacy policy, Blogs, store locator, Contact Us with enquiry form pages.
• Client is responsible for product creation and management.
• Free 20 consulting hours after release of the store.
• The Client should provide all images, content needed for the set up of the initial web shop.
• Client is doing an agreement with the payment gateway. Fair Share will integrate the payment link in the website.
